Guests are entitled to a relaxed, enjoyable vacation. The Rules and Regulations are designed to ensure a safe, pleasant, and comfortable experience. Guests are requested to Dial 9 for any assistance, for placing orders, special requests, safari information, etc.
Parking of all vehicles is at owner’s risk and at the designated area i.e. the parking area. No guest shall be allowed to park inside the resort.
No vehicle of any guest shall be allowed inside the resort, with the exception of the following: a) Dropping of a guest till the designated point b) who is a senior citizen, pregnant woman has an aggravated heart condition or any serious physical injury that makes it difficult for mobility.
The check-in time at the resort is 12:00 PM.
Any check in before 12.00 PM will be defined as early check in.
Requests for early check in can be directed to the front office/sales team, and may be subject to availability and an additional charge.
Guests shall be allowed to occupy room after proper registration at the front desk.
Guest would be allowed to occupy room only after proper verification at the front desk.
All payments to be settled at the time of checkout.
The checkout time of the resort is 10:00 AM.
Any check out after this time will be defined as late check-out
Requests for a late checkout can be directed to the front office 12 hours before scheduled check out time and will be subject to availability
Guest staying beyond check out time will be charged for full day succeeding their check out date and time.
Extension of stay is subject to availability of room(s).
All extra bills must be settled either by credit card or cash before departure.
Under no circumstance whatsoever, Pets are not allowed inside the resort.
» Guest must ascertain the tariff/room rate at the time of reservation and at the time of signing the visitors' register at check in.
» The room tariff is not inclusive of any charges for food & beverages or any other services availed by the guest and these will be payable as per consumption, unless specified otherwise.
» The resort reserves the right to modify the tariffs for any dates, and weekends.
The main restaurant is a time bound service offered by the resort to its guest.

A la carte and room service orders will take approximately 30-40 minutes for preparation.
» The operational time of the swimming pool is 08:00 am to 08:00 pm.
» Diving is not permitted.
» Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
» Wear proper swimming attire.
» Swimming pool attire is available for rent at reception. The charges would be Rs.50/- per person (adult male & female, children). (Security amount is to be deposited for the attire which shall be refundable after handing over the attire) » Drinks and eatables are not allowed at pool side.
» It is recommended to take a shower before and after using the swimming pool.
» Erosions under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to use the pool. The Swimming Pool in charge will be authorized to not allow people in an inebriated condition to enter the pool.
» Management is not responsible for any valuables or personal property.
» Food & Beverages would not be served at the Swimming Pool area.
» Guests swim at their own risk and the resort management is not responsible for any injuries while using the resort facilities.
» Guest will be held responsible for breaking the rules. Management holds the rights to charge the guest.
» Drinks and eatables are not allowed at pool side.
Guest Valuables, Cash, Jeweler’s, Etc.
Visitors are particularly, requested to lock the doors of their rooms when going out or when going to bed or when using common bathrooms. The management will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of guest's belongings or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof, whether due to neglect of resorts employees or agents or any other cause whatsoever, including theft or pilferage.
The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the resorts premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor, from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room.
Damage to Property
Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to resorts property, caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are response.
Management does not hold itself responsible for any accidents, however caused, whether by us or by electrical gadgets, mechanical appliances etc or by natural causes, including acts of God, resulting in either loss or damage to themselves and/or their property.

The terms & conditions set out here govern the stay, booking, and terms of availing the services of Kanwhizz HUM TUM resort, Corbett.
Room Blocking :
Rooms shall be blocked on your written confirmation, & advance payment as per the terms mentioned.
The prices mentioned, or quoted may be subject to revision with change in travel details.

Jungle Safari Bookings :
» Jungle Safari bookings are subject to prior availability, suitable weather conditions & approval from the Forest Reserve Department.
» All Jungle Safari bookings are on 100% advance payment terms.
» For booking safari's we would require Name, Age, Gender, Scanned Copy of Photo ID-Proof issued by the Govt. Authorities of all the passengers. Remember to carry the » Photo ID-Proof in original for availing the booked safari.
» No refund for safari once booked.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
» No refund of the package cost if cancelled within 5 days of the check-in date.
» 50% of the total package cost shall be refunded if cancelled within 10 days of the check-in date.
Children and Extra Beds :
» Child below 5 years is complimentary without extra bed.
» Child above 5 years, then 25% of package will be charged with extra bed.
» Child above 12 years, then 35% of package will be charged with extra bed.
